Jacaranda Tasting Evening
With so many options, choosing the menu for your wedding can be one of the hardest aspects to decide upon. Our caterers, Jacaranda, helped make the decision process a little easier though in November.
Approximately 130 people, including couples getting married at Bury Court as well as other venues, came to a tasting evening at The Barn atBury Court to trial some of Jacaranda’s delicious dishes.
On arrival, couples were offered Prosecco and were given a brochure listing the dish options. Once seated couples were served a selection of canapes, four starters, four main courses and four desserts. Two dishes of each course were given to the bride and two different options to the groom. Once tasted, the dishes were swapped between the couple. Notes and choices could then be made on the brochure for future reference. A selection of wines were also offered with the meal.
The evening was a great success with the couples really enjoying meeting each other, swapping wedding ideas and hopefully deciding upon their menus. Thanks to florist Jay Archer who provided the floral arrangements for the evening.
